| State Resources for PPE available to local chambers of commerce and non-profits. Attached is the PPE Resource Request Form and information is provided below for your reference.
CalOES is re-opening the PPE Distribution program to provide 3ply surgical masks, KN95 respirators, and 16.9oz bottles of hand sanitizer. If we are given approval for other items, we will be sure to let you know.
As before, this program is for associations and non-profits to distribute to their business members/partners.
If you are a local chamber of commerce or non-profit, please utilize the attached form and send it back to Joe Hearn – joe.hearn@caloes.ca.gov
- Local Org. orders (through attached form) PPE for their county small business community.
- Basic justification is needed – # of workforce in county, # of small businesses served, etc.
- We do not need this information initially. This will be used IF we need to audit the program. We will reach out to you if that is necessary.
- 3ply Surgical Masks come a carton of 2000. Each carton has 40 boxes of 50.
- KN95 Respirators come a carton of 1260. Each carton has 63 boxes of 20.
- Hand Sanitizer comes 24 bottles per carton. Each bottle is 16.9 oz.
- You can request up to a 30 day supply.
- Distribution method will be completely up to the Local Organization.
Please note that we will NOT be advertising your organization as having PPE. Advertisement of your availability is up to you as well. |
