FISCAL SPONSORSHIP SOLUTION

Apply Online

COMPLETE AN ONLINE FISCAL SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION PF requires a completed online fiscal sponsorship application from your project, which allows us to learn more about your charitable mission, location, expected expenses, and other related items. The application is free, non-binding, and takes roughly 5-10 minutes to complete. A Peer Voices United staff member will reply to your application within 1-2 business days.

INTROduction CALL

Once your application has been submitted and approved, a Peer Voices United staff member will contact you to schedule an introductory video or phone call. We love putting a name to a face! During this call, Peer Voices United will confirm and clarify information about your project, including how you learned about the company and the fiscal sponsorship industry. Also, the Peer Voices United staff member will provide an overview of the company’s fiscal sponsorship services and fees.

DETERMINE AGREEMENT SIGNING RESPONSIBILITY

For Peer Voices United to be able to send you a fiscal sponsorship agreement, it needs to be established who will have signing responsibility. You can either sign with Peer Voices United as yourself or as an entity (for example: LLC or nonprofit corporation). The signer of the agreement will be considered the primary “Fund Advisor” for the new Peer Voices United project.

SIGN AGREEMENT VIA DOCUSIGN

You will be emailed the fiscal sponsorship agreement via DocuSign, which includes the following additional attachments: 1. Exhibit A (The Protocols) 2. Exhibit B (Event Budget and Summary Form), 3. Opening Deposit Confirmation Sheet for confirming your payment method, 4. Bank letter required for opening deposits made via ACH/WIRE. A Peer Voices United Project Management team member will contact you via a welcome email with the next steps after the agreement is executed by both parties

OPENING DEPOSIT (MIN: $5,000)

Your DocuSign fiscal sponsorship agreement includes an Opening Deposit Confirmation Sheet, which provides instructions on making your opening deposit via check, ACH/WIRE, or online via ppf.org/donate. The minimum funding to onboard your project is $5,000, due within 15 days of signing the agreement. This deposit will serve as ‘seed funding’ for your new project and will be used to open your dedicated CNB bank account. Of course, this opening deposit is tax-deductible to you or whoever is gifting it.
